Organized by 99 Oaks Association


I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Regulations”) are issued pursuant to the Civil Code, the Act of 7 April 1989 – Law on Associations, and other applicable provisions of Polish law.
The Event under the name “GIEGLING AM SEE” (hereinafter: the “Event”) is organized by 99 Oaks Association, with its registered address at PL, Stare Resko 10, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój, Poland (hereinafter: the “Organizer” or the “Association”).
The Event is a private, closed, non-public gathering organized exclusively for:
- members of the Organizer,
- Supporting Members,
- invited guests,
- persons affiliated with the Organizer’s statutory activities.
The Event is not a mass event within the meaning of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the Safety of Mass Events.
These Regulations apply to all persons staying within the Event Area during the Event.
Entry to the Event Area constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations and confirmation of Supporting Membership status.
The purpose of these Regulations is to:
- ensure organizational order and safety,
- define rights and obligations of Participants,
- regulate access rules to the Event Area,
- confirm the private and non-public character of the Event.

Definitions:
Supporting Membership Contribution – a financial contribution paid to the Association in connection with becoming a Supporting Member for the duration of the Event, supporting the statutory objectives of the Association.
Membership-Based Participation Confirmation – confirmation issued by the Organizer acknowledging Supporting Membership status and eligibility to participate in the Event.
Event Area – designated private property where the Event takes place, including camping zones and technical infrastructure.
Participant – a member or Supporting Member of the Association holding valid Membership-Based Participation Confirmation and an Identifier issued by the Organizer.
Security Services – persons designated by the Organizer to supervise order during the Event.


II. ORGANIZER AND SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP FRAMEWORK

99 Oaks Association operates under the Polish Act of 7 April 1989 – Law on Associations and in accordance with its Statute.
The statutory purpose of the Association is to support culture, independent artistic initiatives, and charitable projects that contribute to shaping the world into a more conscious and compassionate place.
The Event is organized as part of the Association’s statutory cultural activity and constitutes a private, community-based initiative conducted within its organizational framework.

Supporting Membership
Participation in the Event is conditional upon becoming a Supporting Member of 99 Oaks Association.
By paying the Supporting Membership Contribution and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participant voluntarily applies to become a Supporting Member of the Association for the duration of the Event.
Payment of the Supporting Membership Contribution and acceptance of these Regulations constitute:
- a declaration of intent to join the Association as a Supporting Member,
- acceptance of the Association’s Statute and internal regulations,
- acknowledgment of the private and associative character of the Event.

Supporting Membership obtained in connection with the Event:
- is limited in scope to participation in the Event,
- does not grant voting or governance rights unless explicitly provided in the Statute,
- expires automatically upon conclusion of the Event unless extended in accordance with the Statute.

The Supporting Membership Contribution constitutes an Association Contribution allocated exclusively to statutory cultural and charitable objectives.
The Event is not a public mass entertainment event but a private gathering organized within the statutory framework of the Association for its members.


III. PARTICIPATION AND ACCESS TO THE EVENT AREA

Participation is granted upon confirmation of Supporting Membership status and issuance of an Identifier (wristband).
The wristband must be worn visibly at all times within the Event Area.
The Identifier is personal and non-transferable. Damaged or removed wristbands lose validity.
Only persons aged 18 or above may participate.
Minors and children are strictly prohibited from entering the Event Area under any circumstances.
The Organizer may refuse participation to persons:
- without valid Supporting Membership status,
- under visible influence of alcohol or drugs,
- behaving aggressively or posing a threat,
- possessing dangerous or prohibited items.
Entry by vehicle is permitted only in designated areas and subject to Organizer’s instructions.
Vehicle movement within the Event Area may be restricted or prohibited.


IV. ORGANIZATIONAL AND ORDER RULES

The Organizer may designate restricted access zones.
Participants must comply with instructions issued by Security Services.
The Organizer does not provide storage or deposit services.
Animals are strictly prohibited within the Event Area.
It is strictly prohibited to bring or possess:
- weapons,
- explosives,
- pyrotechnics,
- flammable materials,
- hazardous substances,
- any other dangerous objects.
Open fire of any kind is strictly prohibited, including bonfires, fire pits, torches, charcoal grills, gas burners, or any flame-producing devices.
Destruction of property, interference with installations, littering, or damage to the terrain is prohibited.
The Event may involve high sound levels and strong lighting effects.


V. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participation in the Event is entirely voluntary.
By entering the Event Area, each Participant acknowledges and agrees that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- physical injury,
- accidents,
- dehydration,
- exposure to weather conditions,
- loud sound exposure,
- interaction with temporary structures and installations,
- interaction with other Participants,
- risks related to uneven terrain and outdoor conditions.

Each Participant declares that:
- they are in appropriate physical and mental condition to participate,
- they assume full responsibility for their own safety and conduct,
- they understand that the Event takes place in an outdoor environment with variable and unpredictable conditions.

Participants attend the Event entirely at their own risk.
The Organizer does not provide constant supervision of Participants.
The Organizer shall not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for:
- personal injuries,
- health consequences,
- property damage or loss,
- actions or omissions of other Participants,
- force majeure events,
- weather conditions,
- any incidents resulting from Participant’s own behavior.

Each Participant bears full civil and legal responsibility for:
- their own actions,
- any damage caused to other Participants,
- any damage caused to property or infrastructure.

Participants are obliged to behave in a manner that does not endanger themselves or others.
Any person whose behavior poses a threat to safety, order, or the private character of the Event may have their Supporting Membership revoked and be removed from the Event Area without refund of the Supporting Membership Contribution.


VI. IMAGE AND RECORDING

The Event may be recorded for documentation, artistic, promotional, and security purposes.
By entering the Event Area, Participants grant consent to the recording and use of their image without territorial or time limitation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Recording may also be conducted for security purposes.


VII. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Organizer reserves the right to:
- modify the program,
- change organizational arrangements,
- cancel the Event for justified reasons.

The Organizer is not liable for Force Majeure events.
Supporting Membership Contributions are non-refundable, except where mandatory provisions of Polish law provide otherwise.
Matters not regulated herein are governed by the Civil Code and the Law on Associations.
